Good Morning Buckinghamshire Residents,

Its been a busy weekend patrolling for the Priority Crime Team on Operation Grotto. The team had the support of the police dog unit and roads policing team. This resulted in an excellent stop of a suspicious vehicle, where two people exited the vehicle and tried to run away. Luckily our officers were quick on their feet to get them detained!

Officers were also busy patrolling Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Chalfont St Peter and Gerrard's Cross.

Remember as we get closer to to the holiday season:

-Make sure not to post on social media if you're away from home

-hide packaging for expensive items out of sight

-close your curtains or blinds

-Use a timer to automatically turn lights on
