Hello Langley Residents,

With Halloween season fast approaching, we are encouraging people to follow the usual rule-of-thumb - only to trick or treat at properties that display a pumpkin or other Halloween decor and not to disturb those who do not.  Halloween is a fun and exciting time for many but we must respect those who do not wish to take part.
