Hello Resident, We are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in your area. At around 7.30pm on Friday (27/9), a delivery driver was approached by a male with a knife on Newtown Road, Denham. The offender demanded the keys for the delivery driver’s moped and proceeded to drive away on it. The victim, a man aged in his late twenties, was not injured. The offender is described as a white male, aged around 16 years old, and approximately 5ft 7ins tall. The moped, a white Honda, has been recovered. Investigating officer Detective Constable Manraj Brar, said: “I am appealing to anybody who was in the area on Friday and who believes they may have witnessed the offender riding away after the incident to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police. “I’d particularly like to hear from anyone who was driving in the area and may have dash-cam footage to contact us, and to anybody who lives in the area and may have CCTV or doorbell footage. “You can contact us by making a report online or by calling 101, quoting reference 43240465803. “Alternatively, for anonymity, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.” | ||||
