As part of the crack down on illegal E Scooter use in and around Banbury, on 18/09/24 officers identified a 23 year old male who was riding quickly through the town centre on a regular basis.  

Officers apprehended the offender and seized the E Scooter.     

The driver is then treated in the same way as if he was driving a motorcycle as road traffic legislation still applies to E Scooters and therefore the suspect has been reported for driving without a valid licence and no insurance.
