We are appealing for witnesses following an indecent exposure in Oxford.

At around 3.45pm on Wednesday (18/9), a man was laying on a bench performing an inappropriate act, on the canal path at Pacey’s Bridge just off Park End Street.

He is described as Asian, with black hair, in his late-20s or early 30s, wearing a pale coloured shirt, a dark suit, and black shoes. He was laying on a black rucksack at the time. 

Investigating officer, PC Tobias Loughran, said: “This is a concerning incident and we are carrying out a thorough investigation and will have increased patrols in the area.

“As such, I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident or has footage to please come forward.

“Additionally if anyone was driving in that area and has dash cam footage, please get in touch.
