Officers are appealing for witnesses and people who may have flim footage which relates to a serious incident which occurred on Albion Street, Chipping Norton this morning 18/09/24 at 0955.

A male appeared to be attacking a property opposite the Coop carpark.

A male has been arrested and there is no risk to the community.
