Update - Neighbourhood priorities survey - Thatcham

Thank you to the residents who completed the Thatcham Neighbourhood priorities survey. 63 residents completed the survey and have identified the top three priorities for the team as:

ASB

Drug dealing

E-scooters / E-bike including Off road motorbikes

The team will be focusing on these priorities over the next three months. Your area | Thames Valley Police

Below is the teams previous priorities and updates:

ASB from off road motorbikes & E-scooters - The team have run a number of operations, seizing off road bikes, issuing e-scooter warning letters and section 59 warning notices (using a vehicle in an anti-social manner). We often post about this on our Facebook page. This will continue as a priority for the team.

Driving around The Broadway the wrong side of the road - The team have identified and spoken with local drivers reference this. Letters has been issued and awareness raised. The council have been asked to review the signage to ensure it is clear to drivers. Vehicle's has been stopped and drivers issued with out of court disposals. This will now be removed as a priority.

Drug use and dealing from an address in Longcroft Road, Thatcham. The team have successfully secured a house closure on this address and are working with the housing provider to provide a long term solution for local residents. This will now be removed as a priority.
