Dear Resident

We're releasing an image of an individual officers would like to speak to in relation to a public order incident in Didcot.

The incident occurred at approximately 10.30pm on Sunday 30 June on The Broadway. A woman and her daughter were sat outside Dominos Pizza when a man approached them and circled around them a number of times. The victims then walked away from the offender but he continued to follow them.
