I just wanted to send out an email following another car meet that took place in Theale last night. Below details the Police response.

At 9:42pm last night, 28/06/2024, a Police unit was driving through Theale when they noticed that a car meet was beginning to form at the double roundabout off Station Road and Brunel Road. This led to two marked cars being on scene within 2 minutes of the car meet beginning to form. Once on scene officers noted numerous number plates of the vehicles involved and all vehicles were dispersed from the area by 9:56pm.

Although we are aware that the vehicles were only present for a very short period of time if anybody has any dashcam footage or CCTV of this incident we would be grateful if you could share it with us. Please email samuel.clothier@thamesvalley.police.uk. This footage is important in relation to the ongoing work being done and will help evidence the impact these incidents have on the community.
