Dear Resident

We're appealing for information following a dangerous dog incident in Bampton. 

The incident occurred at around 9.30am on Thursday 20 June at Bampton recreational ground.

A man in his fifties walking through the recreational ground was approached by a West Highland terrier dog, which was not on the lead. 

The dog then bit the victim on the lower leg. 

Both the dog and owner left straight after the incident, and headed towards the wooded area.
