We're releasing an image of an individual officers would like to speak to following a criminal damage incident in Oxford. 

The incident occurred at approximately 2.45am on Saturday 18 May St Peter’s College in Oxford, where an individual has damaged the magnetic lock on the bike shed gate, and then proceeded to steal several bikes.
