This is being investigated by our Priority Crime Team, as there have been other similar crimes in the area and appear to have been carried out by the same offender. |

Presumably, this is to prevent the correct people from empting the contents. Then at a later date, this will be taken and sold illegally. Caller reports this is happening regularly round the country at many of the recycling sites. The victim has been informed this we be filed pending further enquiries coming to light. |
