Dear Resident,

We are appealing for witnesses after a girl was touched over her clothing in Marlow.

At around 5.50pm on Thursday (18/4) a girl of primary school age, was walking on Westhorpe Road, Marlow when a man approached her and touched over her clothing.

The victim was not injured and ran away.

The offender is described as a white man with very tanned skin, aged between 40 and 50, slim build, approximately 5ft 10 ins tall, with brown/ginger hair with grey streaks, which falls to the left hand side. The man had stubble of the same colouring, and was wearing a dark green jacket with black on the arms and collar, skinny jeans and black trainers.
