Thames Valley Police is re-releasing CCTV images of a group of four individuals officers would like to speak to following an assault in Eynsham.

At around 10.10pm on Saturday 7 October 2023, a member of staff at the Co-op in the High Street, Eynsham challenged a group of people believed to be shoplifting. As a result, one of the group sprayed Vanish liquid at the shop assistant.

The victim sustained injuries to their eyes and received hospital treatment. They have since been discharged.

The Co-op is offering a £2000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the incident, if the information is provided by the end of May 2024.
