There have been increased reports of Anti social behaviour, drug use and criminality being committed by rough sleepers in the underpass between Paul’s Row and Bucks new university in the High Wycombe town centre. Due to this, Thames valley police have utilised their powers under the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act to disperse these people and clear away items left behind.

This was following extensive work with partner agencies to ensure those dispersed had received and continued to receive support for issues including housing and addiction.
