Wallingford Town Centre on 24/04/2024 at approximately 08:20 am 

The victim a young female, dressed all in black was briefly followed by an adult male who then attempted to grab her. The incident occurred in the vicinity of Nationwide Bank on St Mary’s Street, Wallingford.
