We have put a Section 60 order in place in Slough today (1/5), following an affray in the area yesterday.

At around 8pm on Tuesday (30/4), four males have approached a group of men on Trelawney Avenue. One of the males has then entered a shop and threatened the men with a machete.

The Section 60 order, which will give officers extra powers to carry out stop and search checks, will be in place throughout tonight and tomorrow.
