Hello Resident,

We are appealing for witnesses to an indecent exposure in Abingdon.

The incident occurred at around 3pm on Monday in Oday Hill, Drayton. The victim, a woman in her seventies, was on a mobility scooter when a man on a pushbike approached her and exposed himself while making explicit comments.

The offender is described as a white man, at around 5ft 4ins tall and of slim build. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, dark jacket and dark trousers. He did not have any facial hair and had brown eyes. He was riding a dark looking push-bike.

We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed this distressing incident to please get in touch.
