Good Afternoon, 

Our officers have been present and visible in Abingdon Town Centre this morning. A male was detained for a Drugs search and ran away from Police across the Market place/square. After assistance from CCTV and members of the public he was quickly located hiding nearby. The search of the male was completed and drugs were located. The investigation continues.
